Set in the 1970s Discontent tells the story of gravedigger John. His job is hard, cold and dangerous – all that for a pitty wage. But how to change that in a time of unemployment and high inflation? Together with his partner Charlie he decides to strike. But what happens to the bodys of the deceased?
